Apnea Academy First, Second and Third Level courses are long (5-7 days) and very thorough, placing a lot of emphasis on breathing and relaxation, physics and physiology, Frenzel equalization, buddying and rescue, proper technique across freediving disciplines and aquaticity.
Available in the low season (October to May).
